Packard is back! The illustrious American luxury carmaker died a tragic death in the late 1950's. After that, numerous attempts were made to revive it. But there was only one real effort, the 1999 Packard Twelve Prototype. And in this video, I'm going to review this ultra rare piece of automotive history. But guess what, a new chapter to the legacy of Packard has been added to the Dutch Packard Collection!
