We’re starting this Mexican street food tour at Mercado de Abastos, one of the top markets in the city.
BirrierÃa Aceves (https://maps.app.goo.gl/ViNjys3zNQnGqor17) - This place is extremely popular to serving Birria de Chivo, the ultimate dish of Jalisco. The goat is steamed and baked, chopped, then served with the incredible consume.
Carnitas El Gringo (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Td4SskCdFNpQocebA) - Next up, Claudio took us to a carnitas stall that specializes in the unique Pizza Aztecas.
Menuderia Chela (https://maps.app.goo.gl/oooNEw6EXyvsRJFR7) - Next up at the market you’ll find this incredibly popular stall that specializes in Jalisco style menudo, or stomach stew.
