The Nissan Altima is one of the cheapest cars you can buy for the least amount of money. The car looses it's value fast which means it can be purchases on the used market cheaper than other cars. That, unfortunately, means that the people who buy them are in a poor financial position where buying a quality product is out of the question, so the car falls more and more into disrepair because the owners can't afford to repair it. As sad as it is to say, poor driving skills tend to go hand-in-hand with poor planning and impulse control.
