Lotus, Virgin, HRT and USF1. The four teams that should have been on the grid for the 2010 season but only three turned up. The fourth? The FIA had been to visit them and found they had done nothing with regards to joining the grid, bar a tub and a nosecone that they made a YouTube video about.
So what happened? This was supposed to be the all-American team... With an Argentinian driver... And a British driver... And a base in Spain...
Yeah, it's a bit of a weird one.
