Swearing on the radio? Fine. Swearing in press conferences? Yeah, there needs to be an element of professionalism.
Max made a slip, it happens, a fine and an apology should have been enough but a penalty has been imposed for swearing in a press conference. The FIA might have gone a tad overboard with it.
But it raises some questions: Number one, the swearing has been fine until now, and F1 is constantly intentionally broadcasting swears when, at least in Europe, it's the early afternoon. So how does that all work? I don't know. That's why I ask the questions and you debate in the comments.
