I share with you my experience with Burnout and how I recovered from it. This topic is important to me as I believe Burnout is a word that often gets thrown around with varying levels of seriousness attached to it, but it really SHOULD be taken seriously.

I hope through sharing my story, the signs and how I recovered, it can help validate others experiences and feelings. If you relate then please know that you're not alone and you deserve to be taken seriously and to take your own mental health seriously as well.
