I joined a Cricket Mentoring tour to Bangalore for an intensive training week at the Karnataka Institute of Cricket. Today we were put through our paces as we were challenged by the KIOC batting circuit. This involved facing almost 250 balls of a variety of different bowling types in 40 degree heat!
