Historically, we have had a single team designing, engineering and maintaining the mobile experience for all our consumers. All the teams who want to deliver content to our consumers have had to go through the mobile teams.
In this talk, I would like to talk about some strategies to become a truly mobile centric organisation with all areas of the businesses contributing content to the apps. This will include the architecture being put in place to allow for this and the custodianship model.
