TOKYO, JAPAN - Today I’m in Tokyo along with my friend Abram, Ramen Beast (follow him: https://www.instagram.com/ramen_beast/). He’s eaten over 4,000 bowls of ramen across Japan and he’s taking us to 3 of his favorites in Tokyo. We’re in for some top level Japanese ramen today, and a nice variety of different styles and flavors.
Ramen is one of the ultimate Japanese foods to eat and something I love about it is there’s so much freedom and every ramen restaurant has its own unique character, personality, and style.

E-chan (えーちゃん食堂 https://maps.app.goo.gl/D7v3aPTPJGYqc3uTA) - Our first bowl of ramen was a class, good clean flavor broth with hand-made noodles. This spot only opens for breakfast and sells out in 2 - 3 hours. Price - 1,000 JPY ($6.22) per bowl
Aidaya (あいだや https://maps.app.goo.gl/GA9Urh7UXRMyDn4R6 ) - Next up on this ramen tour in Tokyo we’re eat tsukemen, the dipping style of ramen, and this place does it extraordinarily well. The sukiyaki wagyu was a bonus! Price - 2,300 JPY ($14.30) per set
Lashowhan (担々麺 ラーメン 辣椒漢 https://maps.app.goo.gl/Y4v9mwjt6Sx3aTSW7) - Finally, Beast takes me to eat an extremely spicy Chinese style dry ramen. Price - 1,100 JPY ($6.84) per bowl
